What difficulty do you have?

I am not receiving the email to reset my password.

👉 Econofitness emails may have been identified as spam. Check if the reset email is in your junk mail (SPAM). If so, make sure to put it back in your regular inbox.

👉 You may have unsubscribed from Econofitness email communications. To receive these emails again, including the email to reset your password, follow this procedure:

1. Go to this page,

2. Enter your email address in the space provided,

3. If a message appears in red, click on it. You will receive an email.

4. Open this email and re-subscribe to communications.

5. Go to your Member's Login and reset your password again.

 

My Espace Membre mentionne « No active membership ».

👉 Does the email address match the one you used when you last registered? Try another email address or contact your gym to validate the email address linked to your file.
